How can I place an order?
You can place an order via our webshop.

What are our opening hours?
Monday to Friday from 9 am to noon and from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. During these hours our customer service can also be reached by telephone.

What are our shipping costs?
Our shipping fees for deliveries in The Netherlands are 6.75 euro. An additional 15, - euro will be charged for shipments outside The Netherlands.


Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship all over Europe. An additional 15, - euro will be charged for shipments outside The Netherlands.

What are the payment methods at Motorsteunen.nl?
IDEAL, Credit cards, IBAN transactions, Bancontact, Paypal.

What is the delivery time?
In most cases, products ordered on business days before 11am, will be delivered the next working day. If you're from outside The Netherlands, it could take more days (it depends on the carrier). We strive to deliver your package within a week. 

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes, you can change your delivery adress during the order process.
