These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Motor-mounts.com by consumers.

Separate terms and conditions may apply to business customers purchasing through quotations, invoices, direct sales, or other channels outside the webshop.

By placing an order through Motor-mounts.com, you confirm that you are purchasing as a consumer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, compatibility information, and technical data are accurate.

However, minor deviations, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or manufacturer changes may occur. Such differences do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, or liability.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Ownership of supplied products shall remain with us until full payment has been received and cleared.
