Right of Withdrawal

As a customer of Motorsteunen.nl, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please ensure that returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

If a product has been used, installed, or damaged, this may affect the amount that can be refunded.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that products that have been used, installed, fitted, or otherwise put into service are no longer eligible for withdrawal.

Items showing signs of use, installation, wear, damage, or modification cannot be resold as new and therefore cannot be accepted as returns under the right of withdrawal.

Upon receipt of the returned products, they will be inspected for signs of use and/or damage. If the products are found to be in good condition, the purchase price, excluding shipping costs and any applicable return shipping costs, will be refunded.
